THE SAD HAPPINESS

Its 12.00 in the night, All I see is rain drops empty roads and one street light.

People are fast asleep, And silence is at its peak.

In today's world may be this is the only time where you can get peace, And spend time with yourself at ease.

Today we all hunt for happiness, At the cost of others sadness.

The race of life has made us greedy, And our jealousy doesn't allow us to see others happy.

Today we all want to be the best, Even if we aren't better than the rest.

In this modern world happiness is tagged with money, name and fame, Isn't this a matter of shame?

In this world where everything is measured in terms of wealth, People prefer using myself instead of our self.

Life was so good as a child, Where there was no hatred no jealousy and no greed in the mind.

SOMEDAY..SOMEWHERE

Someday somewhere,
You will be aware of the unaware,
Then you  will realise that you were unfair.

Someday Some where,
You will understand my every prayer,
Then will regret breaking the lines I made you swear.

Someday Somewhere,
You will face my fear,
Then you will understand why I called you my anchor.

Someday Somewhere,
You will see people you choose disappear,
And you will realise that you were in a wrong affair.

Someday Somewhere,

You will realise that I tried my best  to repair,
But your weren't prepared.

Someday Somewhere,
Your guilt will flow in the form of a tear,
When you will know that  I still care.
